Easinvy builds web applications, SaaS platforms and mobile apps for clients. We also build and operate Easinvy Retail, a multi-tenant inventory and billing product for retail businesses.
That second part matters more than it sounds. Running our own product means we carry the consequences of our own architecture decisions — the migration that was awkward, the schema choice that cost us later, the alert that should have fired sooner. Client work benefits from having made those mistakes on our own time.
How we think about the work
The schema is the product
Most bugs that are painful to fix later are data-model decisions made casually early. We spend disproportionate time there, because it is the one part that does not get cheaper to change.
Correctness over cleverness
Exact decimal money, real constraints, real transactions. A system that is slightly slower but never wrong is easier to run than the reverse.
Deploys should be boring
If shipping is stressful, the pipeline is wrong. Type checks, migrations and rollbacks are set up so a release is uneventful.
No lock-in by obscurity
Documented setup, conventional tooling and readable code. If you decide to take the work in-house, that should be straightforward rather than a negotiation.
