Refunds & cancellation

A paid plan on Easinvy Retail is a monthly subscription, charged in advance in Indian rupees. It covers one shop for one month from the date of payment.

There is no joining fee, no minimum term and no notice period.

Cancel whenever you like, from Settings → Billing inside your shop, or by emailing us.

You keep the paid plan until the end of the month you have already paid for. Nothing is cut off the moment you cancel, and you are not charged again.

You do not have to give a reason. We will probably ask for one, and you are free to ignore the question.

A month that has already begun is not refunded — the service was available for it. We will refund in full, without argument, where:

• you were charged twice for the same month
• you were charged after cancelling
• you were charged an amount other than the price shown at checkout
• the service was unusable for a sustained period during the month and we could not put it right

Outside those, if something has genuinely gone wrong, write to us and say what happened. We would rather settle it than have it end up as a card dispute.

Back to the same card, UPI ID or account the payment came from. We cannot send it anywhere else — the payment gateway will not allow it, and that restriction exists to protect you.

We approve refunds within 3 working days of agreeing one. Once approved, the money typically reaches you in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Nothing is deleted, ever, for cancelling or for not paying.

Your shop moves to the Free plan's limits. You keep reading and using every bill, item, customer and supplier you have entered. If you hold more items than the Free plan allows, they all stay — the limit applies to adding new ones, not to what already exists.

Pay again later and the caps lift again, with everything exactly where you left it.

Costs nothing, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. It does not expire and it is not a trial.

Ask us to delete the shop whenever you want it gone.

Email hello@easinvy.com with your shop's name and, if it is about a payment, the reference from your bank or card statement. We answer within one working day.
