What it does
Inventory
Name, cost, selling price and a running stock count, filtered by what is low or short. Stock may go negative — it tells you what to square up rather than blocking a sale.
Billing
Items are typed straight into the bill, including names the catalogue has never seen. Per-line discounts, optional GST, part payment to credit, returns, cancellations and server-side PDFs.
Purchase
Every invoice you have recorded, newest first, filtered to what is unpaid. Enter the invoice alone, or add item lines and bring stock back up while you are there.
Customers
Purchase history by customer and what each still owes, tracked across bills without asking staff to maintain a separate list. Suppliers work the same way.
Team and attendance
Who is on the team, whether they came in on any given day, and a log carrying both attendance and the bills each person wrote.
Sales
Revenue, average bill and outstanding credit over any date range, with top-selling items and sales per team member.
