Service delivery

Easinvy Retail is software you use in a web browser. There is no physical product, no packaging and no courier, so there are no delivery charges and no delivery address to give us.

This page exists because payment gateways ask for it, and because it is the right place to say plainly when you get what you paid for.

Immediately. The plan is applied to your shop as soon as the payment is confirmed, which is normally within a few seconds and almost always within a minute.

You do not have to sign out, reload or wait for anyone to approve it. The higher limits are in force on your next action.

To the shop account that made the payment — the one you were signed in to at checkout. Access is not sent by email and there is nothing to activate.

A receipt for the payment is emailed by the payment gateway to the address you gave at checkout.

If your bank shows the payment but your shop is still on the old plan after fifteen minutes, sign out and back in once. If it is still wrong after that, write to us.

Send hello@easinvy.com your shop's name and the payment reference from your statement. We will either apply the plan by hand or refund you the same day — the refunds and cancellation policy covers which.

A payment that was taken and not honoured is our mistake to fix, not yours to chase.
