One price, and a free plan that does not expire.
Free is not a trial. A small counter can run on it for years. When a shop outgrows it — more than 50 bills in a month, or a second person who needs a login — that is the moment Basic is worth paying for, and not before.
Prices are in Indian rupees, charged monthly in advance. No setup fee, no minimum term, no card needed to start.

A shop that reaches its monthly bill limit gets a few extra bills before billing actually stops, so a cap is never discovered with a customer standing at the counter.
Already have a shop? Upgrade from Settings → Billing inside it. Payment is by card, UPI or netbanking through Razorpay.
What happens if you stop paying
Your shop goes back to the Free plan’s limits. It does not become read-only and nothing is deleted. Every bill, item, customer and supplier stays exactly where it is, and you keep using all of it.
Holding a shop’s own sale records behind an unpaid invoice is common and we think it is indefensible. Cancel any time; the month you have paid for runs to the end.
Pro and Max
Pro and Max are for shops that outgrow Basic — more than one outlet, and the reports an accountant asks for. They are not built yet, there is no date, and nothing about them is worth planning around.
Until then, Basic is everything Easinvy Retail does. There is no feature held back for a tier that does not exist.
