Our product

Easinvy ERP

ERP for manufacturers, built around how your plant already works — packing, finished stock, dispatch and products — rather than bending the plant to fit a package.

Each client gets their own system. We design it, we build it, and we run it, the same way we run Easinvy Retail.

What it does

  • Finished stock

Stock counted the way the plant counts it: units in the box, dozens in the outer, cartons on the floor. Loose dozens and boxes are visible, not lost in a total.

  • Packing

What came off the packing table, by product and level, in one screen sized for a phone. Carton up loose dozens later, or open a carton to send dozens.

  • Dispatch

Cartons leaving the plant against a party and a vehicle. Nothing goes out that is not in stock, and the message says which product is short.

  • Products

Pack lines at an MRP and the products inside them, with the packing spec each one follows — units per dozen, dozens per carton, sticks per unit.

  • A record of everything

Every entry is numbered, dated and signed. Corrections are new entries and cancellations reverse stock, so the history is never rewritten.

  • Owners and staff

The floor records work; the owner adjusts stock, cancels entries and manages products and logins. Each person signs in as themselves.

How a client gets theirs

  1. Step 1

    We learn the plant

Your products, your units and how goods actually move — from your own sheets, not a template.

  2. Step 2

    We build on our platform

The proven parts — logins, stock ledger, entries, reports — are ours already. The work goes into what is specific to you.

  3. Step 3

It runs on its own system

Your ERP has its own database and its own server. Nothing about your business shares a table with anyone else's.

  4. Step 4

    We run it with you

Hosting, backups, new screens as the business asks for them. Raw materials, recipes and costing follow packing.
