Terms of service

The terms on which Easinvy Retail is provided. Written to be read once, in full, without a lawyer present.

Last updated 12 September 2026

Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of Easinvy Retail, the inventory and billing software at https://easinvy.com/saas. "We" and "us" mean Easinvy; "you" means the shop that holds the account.

By creating a shop you accept these terms. If you are accepting them for a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Your account and the logins you hand out

One person owns the shop account. You may give staff their own logins from Settings, and each of them can do everything the owner can except open the sales report and the settings pages.

You are responsible for what is done under any login issued from your shop, including one you gave to someone who has since left. Remove a login the day it stops being needed.

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has it.

What the software may be used for

Running the records of a lawful business. That is the whole intended use, and almost everything below follows from it.

You may not:

  • use the software for anything unlawful, or to record transactions intended to conceal one
  • attempt to reach data belonging to another shop, by any means
  • resell, sublicense or white-label access without a written agreement
  • copy, decompile or reverse engineer the software
  • run automated load against the service beyond ordinary use, or attempt to work around a plan limit

Your records are yours

Everything you enter — items, bills, customers, suppliers, purchases, team records — belongs to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it to advertise to you or anyone else.

We access it only to run the service, to fix something you have reported, or where the law requires it.

You can ask for a copy or for the shop to be deleted at any time. Both are done by hand at present, so allow a few working days.

Plans, prices and payment

The Free plan is free, permanently, within the limits published on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian rupees.

We may change prices. An increase will be told to you at least thirty days before it applies to your shop, and you can cancel before it does.

Limits on the Free plan may be adjusted as the product changes. If a limit is reduced below what your shop already holds, nothing is deleted and nothing already recorded stops working.

Cancellation and refunds are set out in the refunds and cancellation policy.

If a payment does not arrive

Your shop drops to the Free plan's limits. It does not become read-only, and nothing is deleted.

This is deliberate and it is worth stating plainly: these are your sale records, your outstanding amounts and your customer history. We do not hold them behind an unpaid invoice. You keep reading and using everything, at the Free plan's ceiling, until you choose to pay again.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running at all times and we do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. It is provided as it stands.

Planned maintenance is done outside Indian retail hours wherever possible. Faults are fixed as quickly as we can manage.

Because a counter cannot wait for us, keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose — a printed bill or a periodic export.

The records are yours to check

Easinvy Retail is a record-keeping tool. It calculates from what is entered into it.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of your books and for your own tax, GST and statutory obligations. We are not your accountant and nothing in the software is tax advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost or corrupted data, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. For a shop on the Free plan that figure is nil, which is the trade for a service that costs nothing.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and ending the agreement

You can stop using the service whenever you like and ask us to delete the shop.

We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully, that is attacking the service, or that is attempting to reach another shop's data. Where the circumstances allow it we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

We will not delete your records without telling you and giving you a reasonable opportunity to take a copy.

Changes to these terms

We will post any revision on this page with a new date at the top. A change that materially affects you will also be emailed to the address on the account before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you have a complaint, write to us first. Almost everything is faster to fix that way.
